Ermo Tikk

Ermo Tikk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event management, marketing, and venture development. Currently serving as Director and Senior Venture Manager at Creative Destruction Lab-Estonia since May 2022, Ermo also contributes as a Board Member for Refresh Conference and as the Founder of Digit Conference, which successfully gathered 700 software engineers in its inaugural year. Prior roles include Chief Visionary for sTARTUp Day, where responsibilities encompassed organizational strategy and event management, and various marketing positions at Estonian Academic Sports Federation and SportID. Ermo holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and is pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing Management, both from the University of Tartu.
