Chelsea Humphrey

Chelsea Humphrey, LMFT, serves as Vice President of Operations for the West Region at both Optum and Refresh Mental Health. Previously, Chelsea held the position of Regional Director of Operations for New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island at Refresh Mental Health. Additional roles include Executive Director at Comprehensive Psychiatric Care and Tides of Mind Counseling, as well as Associate Director of Behavioral Health and Clinical Program Manager at The Connection, Inc. Chelsea's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor’s degree in Russian from Tufts University.
