Chelsea Humphrey

Chelsea Humphrey, LMFT, possesses extensive experience in the mental health field, currently serving as Vice President of Operations for the West Region at both Optum and Refresh Mental Health. Previously, Chelsea held the role of Regional Director of Operations for New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island at Refresh Mental Health and served as Executive Director at Comprehensive Psychiatric Care and Tides of Mind Counseling. Chelsea also has a strong foundation in behavioral health leadership as Associate Director at The Connection, Inc., and has experience as a Clinical Program Manager and Therapist. Academically, Chelsea earned a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian from Tufts University.
