Previously, Wayne was the Business Owner of Payless Jewelry / PayMore Pawn from October 2005 to February 2014, focusing on customer service and operations. Wayne also held roles such as Terminal Manager at Commercial Carrier Corporation and Lead Dispatcher at Newline Transport, where operational oversight and customer retention were key responsibilities. Starting the career at United Parcel Service as a Driver and Safety Supervisor, Wayne has developed a robust skill set in logistics, personnel management, and safety protocols.
