Travis Woodall

Travis Woodall has extensive experience in engineering and technical roles. Travis currently holds the position of Director of Engineering Services at Refrigeration Design Technologies, Inc., where they lead teams and is responsible for guiding areas such as Quality, Technical Support, Warranty, and Sustaining Engineering. Travis has a strong background in data analysis and root cause analysis, coaching team members on these methods.

Prior to their current role, Travis worked at Traulsen as a Generational Planning Engineer, Mechanical Engineer in Generational Planning and Regulatory Compliance, Quality Engineer, Mechanical Engineer in Sustaining Existing Products, Mechanical Engineer in Design Improvements, and Manufacturing Engineer. During their time at Traulsen, they conducted research on market trends, collaborated with Marketing and Engineering to analyze data, and managed regulatory compliance. Travis also focused on warranty and quality data analysis, process improvement, and design changes to improve quality and reduce warranty.

Before Traulsen, Travis worked as a Lead Field Service Technician at Dish Network and a Routing Specialist at Sears Home Services. At Gifford TV and Electronics, they served as a Home Theater Service Manager.

Travis Woodall holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Operations from Tarleton State University, which they obtained in 2009. Travis further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Quality and Engineering Management in 2021. Travis also possesses additional certifications, including FEA - Solidworks Simulation Stress and Strain from MLC CAD Systems, LLC (obtained in 2021) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The University of Texas at Arlington (obtained in 2016).
