The People and Culture Team at Refrigerative Supply Limited (RSL) focuses on fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment aligned with the company's values and mission. This team is responsible for talent acquisition, employee development, and strategic initiatives that support organizational culture and employee engagement. They work collaboratively to ensure that RSL remains a Great Place to Work by implementing programs and practices that cultivate trust, excellence, and a sense of community among the 350+ employees across Western Canada.
