David J. has a long history of working in the graphic design industry. David began their career in 1999 as a Senior Designer at the University of Alabama, where they were responsible for setting the visual image of the university in public perception. David then moved to SMI in 2006, where they served as a Production Manager/Designer and managed a design team while also designing and outputting graphics for a broad range of products. In 2007, David J. joined Baseline Sports Media as a Project Manager/Art Director, managing workflow and designing and outputting graphics for magnets, posters, print ads, billboards, media guides and banners. In 2009, they were appointed Graphics Manager at the University of Georgia, where they redefined and rebranded the visual identity of The Georgia Center and managed a graphic design team. From 2015 to 2022, David J. worked at the University of North Georgia as a Graphic Designer, where they served as Brand Manager and oversaw brand compliance, built the university's visual identity, and served as the university's single designer for five campuses. Currently, David J. is employed at RefrigiWear, Inc. as a Graphic Designer.

David J. attended The University of Alabama from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Advertising.
