Gerardo Córcoles Olmos

Gerardo Cepeda serves as the Founding President of Alkimia Conscious Capital since August 2019, bringing extensive experience in agile methodologies and software development. Previously, Gerardo held the position of Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Desjardins from May 2016 to May 2019, and served as a Scrum Master for the National Film Board of Canada from March 2012 to May 2016. Gerardo's earlier roles include Team Lead/Product Owner and Internet Applications Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams and developing applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks. Gerardo's career began as a Software Analyst and Programmer at GIRO, focusing on public transport solutions, along with research and academic positions at École Polytechnique de Montréal, Université de Montréal, and the National Institute for Astrophysics, Optics, and Electronics. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Université de Montréal and multiple certifications in coaching and consulting.
