Lydia Alvarez Leonardo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as an Assistant at People&Search for a few months. In 2010, they worked as an Auxiliary Administrative at Hospital de Jove (gijon) for a brief period, followed by a role as a Human Resources Assistant at Randstad España until the end of 2011. From 2011 to 2015, Lydia worked as a Gestora de Cuentas at Grupo CTC. Lydia then transitioned to a role as a Gestora de cuentas at the same company from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Winche Redes Comerciales as a Project Manager until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Key Account Manager at REFRIVAL.
Lydia Alvarez Leonardo's education history begins in 2007 when they attended the Universidad de Oviedo. Lydia completed a Diplomatura in Gestion de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general, graduating in 2010. In 2007, they also enrolled at the Escuela Europea de Negocios, where they pursued a degree in ADMINISTRACION Y FINANZAS, specializing as a TECNICO SUPERIOR EN ADMINISTRACION Y FINANZAS. Lydia completed this program in 2009.
After a gap in their education, Lydia returned to studying in 2020. Lydia joined Master D and completed a Curso Superior in Community Manager y Social Media in 2022.
Overall, Lydia has a diverse education background that includes degrees in human resources/personnel administration, finance, and administration, as well as specialized training in community management and social media.
