Veronica Dresden

Veronica Dresden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and account management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Executive at REFRIVAL since May 2023, Veronica previously held the position of Key Account Manager at Merydeis from November 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included client request management and solution development. Prior to that role, Veronica acted as a commercial manager, handling back office activities for key accounts such as Huawei and Oppo. Additional experience includes working as a Product Assistant at Starlite Universe and as an Administrative Assistant in Marketing at Today's Baby C.A., among other roles.
