Kara Ganz

Kara Ganz is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor at Intuitively Eats, where Kara teaches the Intuitive Eating framework and conducts 1:1 counseling and workshops while managing social media. As a Family Nurse Practitioner at both Refuah Health Center and Meuhedet Health Services, Kara provides advanced nursing care across a diverse patient population, utilizing mobile units and telehealth services. Previous experience includes roles as a Registered Nurse in cardiology units at Hadassah Medical Center and Maimonides Medical Center, as well as a Utilization Review Nurse at NYCHSRO/Medreview. Kara holds a Master's degree in Family Practice Nursing from Simmons University and Bachelor's degrees in Registered Nursing from Columbia University and Psychology from Brooklyn College.
