The Human Resources team at Refuel Operating Company, LLC is responsible for managing all employee-related functions. This includes recruiting top talent (Talent Acquisition Manager), fostering a positive and inclusive company culture while overseeing training and sustainability programs (Senior Manager of Training, Culture, and ESG), managing employee benefits, HR information systems, and ensuring compliance with labor laws (Senior Manager - Benefits, HRIS, & Compliance), and handling employee relations, performance management, and general HR operations (Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist). Their work ensures a supportive and efficient environment for both customers and team members across over 208 convenience retail stores.
