Operations Team

The Operations Team at Refuel Operating Company, LLC is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and performance of our 208 convenience retail stores across multiple states. This team ensures operational efficiency, consistency in service quality, and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive sales. They also manage Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations, proprietary food programs, and regional performance, while facilitating communication and coordination between store layers and upper management.
