Dr. Ruth Smith is a leading board and executive coach with over 20 years of experience in helping senior leaders achieve their goals through authentic leadership. They have coached more than 500 leaders across various sectors, including financial services, law, and academia, both in the U.K. and Europe. Currently, Dr. Smith serves as a board trustee for Refuge and chair of the board of trustees for Middlesbrough & Stockton Mind while also maintaining a position as an associate board and executive coach at Lee Hecht Harrison Penna. With a Ph.D. in Relationship Marketing, an MBA, and a degree in psychology, they are passionate about fostering emotional intelligence and inspiring teams.
