Tracey O' Donovan is an experienced database manager and fundraising professional with a robust background in data management across various organizations. Currently serving as Database Manager at Refugee Action since June 2019 and as Database Executive at Sue Ryder since October 2018, Tracey specializes in data selections for large-scale campaigns, data analysis for performance measurement, and ensuring data quality and compliance, including GDPR adherence. Prior roles include Fundraising Officer at Feed the Minds and Fundraising and Database Administrator at Progressio UK, where Tracey demonstrated expertise in database maintenance, fundraising strategies, and project management. With academic qualifications including a Master’s Degree in International Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and English from University College Cork, Tracey combines analytical skills with a strong commitment to effective data utilization in support of fundraising efforts.
