Karen Pink

Karen Pink has a vast amount of HR experience. Karen most recently worked as the Head of Human Resources at Refugee Council starting in 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR Business Partnering at Shelter UK from 2018 to 2021. In that role, they provided strategic support and managed complex employee relations cases for directors and the senior management team. Karen also served as the HR Operations Manager at Shelter UK from 2009 to 2016. Before joining Shelter UK, Karen was the HR Manager at The Parole Board from 2004 to 2009.

Karen Pink obtained a BSC (hons) degree in Information Management from Thames Valley University from 1994 to 1997. Karen also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University from 2002 to 2004.
