Renae Mann

Renae Mann is an accomplished leader in the field of refugee services with extensive experience in management, consulting, and business development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Services at the Refugee Council since April 2021, Renae has previously held the position of National Director at NACCOM and National Business Development Manager at Refugee Action. Renae's earlier roles include Director and Management Consultant at Inclusive Change Consultancy and principal consultant at the EW Group, focusing on partnership development and income-generating projects. Renae began her career at the British Refugee Council, progressing from a Policy & Development Adviser to managing the Asylum Support Partnership Team. Renae holds multiple degrees from The University of Queensland, including a Bachelor of Social Work with First Class Honours, and has completed various leadership and management programs.
