Gardinyah Al Behadili is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in case management, particularly within refugee services. Since April 2012, Gardinyah has held various roles at Refugee Services of Texas, currently serving as a Preferred Communities Intensive Case Management (PC ICM) Case Manager, where responsibilities include connecting clients to local resources, supporting healthcare access, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. Previously, Gardinyah worked as an Employment Case Manager, facilitating stable employment for clients and coordinating educational opportunities.
