Wilma Roozenboom

Wilma Roozenboom is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnerships and talent integration for refugees. As the Directeur of Refugee Talent Hub since May 2018, Wilma facilitates paid job opportunities by connecting employers with refugees, an initiative launched by Accenture in collaboration with various organizations, including Arcadis and AkzoNobel. Additionally, Wilma has been involved with Praktisch uitgevoerd, theoretisch onderbouwd since January 2008, focusing on sustainable development partnerships. Formerly, as the Manager Corporate Partnerships at Plan Nederland from 2001 to 2007, Wilma was responsible for corporate collaborations with major companies. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Leader and Account Manager at Habitat for Humanity. Wilma holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Spanish from the University of Amsterdam.
