Molly Donovan, MA, LMHC, has a diverse background in behavioral health and design. Currently serving as the Director of Behavioral Health at Refugee Women’s Alliance (ReWA) since May 2014, Molly has also maintained ownership of Donovan Designs Inc. and the Center for Creative Expression since April 1999, focusing on home furnishings design, art classes, executive coaching, and psychotherapy. Prior experience includes a role as Clinical Supervisor at Community Psychiatric Clinic in 2000 and a decade as a Buyer at Pier 1 Imports from 1989 to 1999. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Design from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science from Bastyr University.
