Neha Kumari is a seasoned product designer with expertise in creating user-centered digital experiences across various platforms. Currently serving as a Product Designer at RefugeeOne, Neha has demonstrated proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and adhering to accessibility guidelines using Figma and Material UI. Previous experience includes strategic web design for the a2ru Alliance for the Arts in Research Universities, where Neha successfully revamped the official website, improving thesis submission success rates. At Allied Media Projects, Neha led the design of an online platform for adult learners, utilizing Agile methodologies. Earlier roles at Goldman Sachs and Citrix included developing data monitoring dashboards and enhancing UI components, significantly improving operational efficiencies.
