Jenna Hornsby

Jenna Hornsby is a seasoned professional in philanthropic partnerships and development, currently serving as the Manager of Philanthropic Partnerships at RefugePoint since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Development Manager at Eastern Congo Initiative, where Jenna managed relationships with major institutional donors and collaborated on proposals, and as Grants & Development Advisor at World Education, focusing on major donor programs and foundation fundraising. Jenna also held fundraising positions at ASML/Syria, where project proposals were developed for a variety of institutional donors, and at the Abraham Path Initiative, where fundraising events and marketing collateral were organized. Earlier career experience includes coordinating a youth internship program at the Organization for Refugee and Immigrant Success. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Policy from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University, supplemented by an intensive Arabic summer program at Lebanese American University.
