Megan James

Megan James is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR and Talent Advisor at REFY since June 2023, following a role as a People Advisor at Amey from June 2022 to June 2023. Prior to this, Megan worked as a Customer Sales Representative at Domestic & General from November 2021 to June 2022 and as a Sales Assistant at Monsoon Accessorize in early 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management obtained from Liverpool John Moores University from September 2021 to September 2022, as well as a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the same university from 2018 to 2021. Megan also completed CIPD qualifications between September 2022 and September 2023.
