John A. Kailunas II

John Kailunas II is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in wealth management and leadership. As the Founder and Senior Vice President of Catalyst4Growth since December 2022, John focuses on training, coaching, and mentoring professional salespeople, emphasizing accountability and measurable results. Serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Regal Holdings since January 2012, John oversees multiple entities, including Regal Financial Group and Regal Investment Advisors, both of which John founded. Additionally, John has been involved with the YPO-WPO Networks since 2006, holding positions such as East Regional Director and Deal Network Ambassador. John’s career began in the insurance sector with John Hancock Life Insurance Company, where John held the role of Associate General Agent from 1995 to 2000. John Kailunas II holds an Executive Education certificate from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and degrees from the University of Detroit Mercy and Michigan State University.
