Matthew Sosa

Matthew Sosa is an experienced industrial engineer currently working at Regal Boats since June 2024. Prior to this role, Matthew Sosa held several positions at Holley from July 2016 to September 2024, including Team Lead for Fuel Systems Product Development Engineering, where leadership of a two-person team focused on portfolio expansion while addressing organizational challenges. Matthew Sosa also contributed as a Fuel Systems Product Development Engineer, executing projects aligned with core customer needs, and as an Engine Accessories Product Development Engineer, where design and market introduction of various engine components were key responsibilities. Earlier experiences include leadership roles in the Formula SAE project and internships at Mike Curcio Race Products and Simon Liu Inc.
