Jay Schwanz

Jay Schwanz has extensive experience in human resources management. Jay currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources at Regal Medical Group since March 2023. Previously, they served as the Vice President, Human Resources at CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions from May 2022 to April 2023. Before that, Jay served as the Vice President Human Resources at Generate Life Sciences from December 2019 to April 2023. Jay also served as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Regal Medical Group, Lakeside Community Healthcare, and ADOC from May 2014 to December 2019. Prior to that, they were the Vice President, Human Resources at Zenith Insurance Company (United States) from February 2006 to May 2014. Jay also held positions at Healthcare Partners Medical Group as the Vice President, Employee and Clinician Services from June 2002 to February 2006, and at Health Net as the Vice President, Human Resources from February 1993 to April 2001.

Jay Schwanz attended Orange Coast College from 1976 to 1978, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. Following this, they pursued further education at UCLA from 1978 to 1980, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
