Ilana Stringer currently serves as the Head of Strategy at Regal Partners, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Ilana held various leadership positions at Endeavour Group from April 2020 to March 2025, including Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer and General Manager, Strategy and M&A. Ilana's experience in strategy also includes significant roles at Woolworths Group from November 2016 to March 2020, where contributions involved overseeing the Endeavour Group demerger transaction execution. Previous experiences include positions at UBS as a Senior Strategist and as a Director at UBS Investment Bank, as well as serving as a Vice President at Moelis & Company Australia. Ilana holds dual degrees in Commerce (Finance and Accounting) and Economics (Economics and Econometrics) from The University of Queensland, earned between 2001 and 2005.
