Kathleen Liu is an experienced General Counsel who has worked in various legal roles at companies such as Regal Partners and Regal Funds Management. Prior to their current positions, Kathleen served as a Lawyer at Axiom and gained valuable experience in Corporate M&A and ECM as an Associate at Ashurst. Kathleen also has a background in Investment Banking, having worked as a Summer Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) / Bachelor of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology Sydney.
