Sarah Dulhunty

Sarah Dulhunty is a seasoned legal professional and experienced board member with a distinguished career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Regal Partners since May 2022, Sarah has also been a Board Member at Winifred West Schools Ltd since 2015. Previously, Sarah held various roles at Ashurst, including Partner in Corporate Transactions from July 1997 to December 2021, and contributed to the firm's strategic direction as a Board Member from 2010 to 2014 during its merger with Blake Dawson. Additionally, Sarah served as Acting President and Member of the Takeovers Panel from 2010 to 2019, overseeing dispute resolutions related to takeovers in Australia. Sarah began their career as a Lawyer at Ashurst and held positions as a Senior Associate at the firm and its predecessor, Blake Dawson. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Sydney University.
