Joe Phillips

Joe Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joe started their career in 1999 as the Manager of Strategic Supplier QA at Alcatel, where they were responsible for managing quality engineering for key suppliers. During this time, they oversaw inspections, audits, and investigations for field failures, and implemented process and quality improvement initiatives at strategic suppliers.

In 2001, Joe joined Regal Research & MFG as a Program Manager. In this role, they managed technical issues, planning, and problem resolution throughout the production process, from raw material to finished products. Joe also handled cost estimating, quoting, methods planning/quality, and supplier quality. Joe has been with Regal Research & MFG ever since, showcasing their dedication and commitment to the company and its projects.

Joe Phillips attended the University of North Texas from 1975 to 1977, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Industrial Management.
