Massimiliano Valentino

Max Valentino has extensive experience in the field of power transmission solutions and engineering. Massimiliano (Max) started their career in 1992 as Chief Application Engineer at Ceset S.r.l. and later took on roles such as Manager of Electrical Engineering & Application and VP Engineering Europe at the same company. In 1998, they joined CESET SRL as VP Engineering - R&D, where they were responsible for motor and drives development. Max then went on to work at Emerson Appliance Motors and Emerson Electric, holding roles such as President EESA and President Directeur General at Emerson Appliance Control Europe (Crouzet). Massimiliano (Max) joined Emerson Industrial Automation in 2007 as VP General Manager - Power Transmission Solution Europe and continued to hold leadership positions, including VP General Manager Europe. In 2015, Max moved to Regal Beloit Corporation, where they served as VP General Manager - Power Transmission Solution Europe and eventually became Vice President - Integration Operations Europe.

Max Valentino earned a Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from MIP Politecnico di Milano, which they attended from 1982 to 1988. Prior to that, they completed their BAC in Literature, Classics, Greek, and Latin at Liceo Classico Dante Alighieri from 1978 to 1982.
