Robert Federer

Robert Federer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital strategy, business development, and product management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at Regal Beloit Corporation, Robert leads initiatives in digital transformation, eCommerce, and the Industrial Internet of Things. Previous roles include Director of Global Strategy at Rexnord Corporation, where Robert spearheaded corporate development and strategic planning, and Global Product Leader at Johnson Controls, overseeing product categories and market growth strategies. Robert also brings valuable experience from The Home Depot as a Merchandising Manager and held senior positions at Pearson Pilings and Way Marine Design, among others.
