Tami Frazee

Tami Frazee is an experienced Human Resource Manager currently serving Regal Beloit Corporation since February 2014, overseeing HR functions for the Springfield, MO and Lebanon, MO facilities, as well as supporting the Operational Excellence and Climate Solutions Organizations. With a tenure at Regal Beloit that began in July 1975, Tami has held various HR management roles, including positions in Springfield and Eldon. Previously, Tami worked as Human Resource Manager at Fasco Industries from 1975 to 2009. Tami holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Truman State University, obtained between 1971 and 1975.
