Tammy Randall

Vice President, Human Resources Climate Business Group at Regal Rexnord

Tammy Randall has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Tammy started their career as a Black Belt at GE in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Tammy then joined Regal Beloit Corporation, where they held multiple positions including Master Black Belt, Global Master Black Belt, Director of Operational Excellence, VP of Learning, and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Climate Business Group. In addition to their corporate roles, they have also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Stateline Boys & Girls Clubs, Inc. and as a Board Member for the University of Wisconsin-Madison - School of Business.

Tammy Randall attended the College of the Ozarks, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Chemistry, Biology, and Psychology. Tammy also studied Chemistry and Biology at Missouri State University, although it is not specified whether they completed a degree there.
