Theodore D. Crandall

Mr. Crandall most recently was a Senior Vice President at Rockwell Automation, a leading global provider of industrial automation power, control and information solutions, from 2017-2019. Prior to that Mr. Crandall was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rockwell Automation from 2007 to 2017. Prior to that role, Mr. Crandall was Senior Vice President of the company’s Control Products and Solutions segment; Senior Vice President, Components and Packaged Applications Group; Senior Vice President, Industrial Control Group; Vice President and General Manager, Presence Sensing Business; Vice President Logistics, Allen-Bradley Computer and Communications Group; Vice President Operations, Allen-Bradley Computer and Communications Group; and Vice President of Finance and Business Planning, Allen-Bradley Computer and Communications Group. Prior to his roles with Rockwell Automation, Mr. Crandall was Vice President and Controller of Electronics Corporation of America, a company acquired by Rockwell Automation in 1986. Mr. Crandall received a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science and Economics and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Administration from Carnegie-Mellon University.
