Gonzalo Castañeira

Gonzalo Castañeira currently serves as the Head of People (HR) at Reganosa since September 2025 and as the Director of the Master's in People Management & HR Analytics at ERLAC from October 2023. Previously, Gonzalo held multiple leadership roles at Greenalia S.A., culminating in the position of Head of People (CHRO), where significant contributions were made to organizational development, including the establishment of a people-centric HR function and an ambitious ESG initiative. Additional experience includes serving as the Head of People at Smarttia SLU, along with various roles in HR and talent development at Accenture, and mentoring positions in educational institutions. Gonzalo holds multiple degrees including a JD/MBA from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and a Master in Laws from the University of Virginia School of Law, alongside numerous certifications in leadership and HR development.
