Ruth Hatherley

Ruth Hatherley has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Ruth is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Regchain since March 2022. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Moneycatcha Pty Ltd since November 2015. At Moneycatcha, they developed and implemented intelligent risk management solutions through the Regchain platform.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Ruth worked at Mortgage Choice from 2007 to 2017 as the Marketing and Operations Manager. Ruth was responsible for strategic planning and marketing to drive business growth. Additionally, they held various roles at Commonwealth Bank, including Business Development Manager and Branch Manager. As a Branch Manager, Ruth achieved significant success in improving the branch's performance and exceeding deposit targets.

Earlier in their career, Ruth served as an Assistant Manager at the Kalgoorlie Branch of Commonwealth Bank and as a Personal Lender at various branches in the Perth Metro area. In these roles, they handled team management, audit and compliance, cash control, client services, and loan application processes.
