Julie Sardinha, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at RegEd and is the Founding Partner at Carolina Consultancy™, an HR consulting firm specializing in culture creation, talent acquisition, and operational efficiencies. With a diverse career in human resources, Julie has held various senior roles at TransLoc, SAS, and Insomniac Games, among others. Additionally, Julie owns The Doodling Bug® Boutique, which evolved from a home-based business into a retail operation in downtown Apex, and leads Edward Lynne, Inc., overseeing real estate and retail holdings in North Carolina and Virginia. Julie's educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration focused on Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Wingate University, along with a certificate in HR Management from Duke University.
