Kimberly Sergent, PMP

Kimberly Sergent, PMP, CSPO, currently serves as a Product Owner and Senior Data Implementation Manager at RegEd since April 2017, where the focus is on forming teams of Implementation Support Specialists and consulting with enterprise clients to analyze business requirements. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Technical Content Development Manager at Cengage following its acquisition of WebAssign, and multiple progressively responsible positions at WebAssign, including Program Manager II and Supervising Editor. Kimberly began a career as a Data Analyst and Lab Technician at the Environmental Quality Institute. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Economics and Statistics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
