Tara Micgiel, PMP, currently serves as a Solutions Architect and Senior Implementation Manager - Team Lead at RegEd since November 2017, focusing on implementing compliance automation SaaS solutions for financial services firms. Key responsibilities include managing project plans, leading client meetings to identify process pain points, configuring applications, supporting user acceptance testing, and resolving post-implementation issues. Previously, Tara held the role of Assistant Director of Scholarships and Financial Aid at North Carolina State University, managing significant programmatic functions and leading the implementation of new scholarship software. Earlier experience includes positions as a Financial Aid Officer at The Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham and as a Financial Aid Counselor at the University of Tampa, where responsibilities encompassed counseling students on aid processes and ensuring compliance with regulations.
