Rebecca Harman

Rebecca Harman is an experienced professional in environmental science and education, currently serving as Partnerships and Grants Manager, Land Steward Project Manager, and Land Steward Project Coordinator at Regen Network Development PBC since March 2021. As the founder of Austin-East Youth Garden since 2018, Rebecca directs a program at an urban high school aimed at addressing food insecurity and supporting student employment. Previous roles include Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture from 2014 to 2017, Farm and Education Manager at Garden Harvests Organic Farm between January 2012 and 2013, and Ecological Project Development Lead at RJM Quest in early 2011, where Rebecca developed an ecological sanitation program for schools in Gros Morne. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental and Soil Science from the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture and a Bachelor of Arts in History, Pre-med, and French from the University of Dallas.
