Tracy Olsen

Tracy Olsen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Tracy began their career as the Owner/General Manager of Doc's Pad, a role they held from 1991 to 2002. In 2004, they joined LibertyBank as a Business Development Officer until 2006. Tracy then moved on to The Partners Group, where they worked as a Benefits Account Executive from 2006 to 2012. In 2012, Tracy joined Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, starting as a Senior Business Development Executive and progressing to higher positions. Tracy served as the Manager of Business Development from 2022 to 2023 before becoming the current Director of Business Development.

Tracy Olsen attended South Eugene High School from 1984 to 1987. Tracy then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, which they completed from 1987 to 1993. In 2016, Tracy obtained a certification as a Certified Self Funding Specialist from the Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA).
