Amy D'Olimpio

Amy oversees the management of the Regency's most important asset – its people.

Joining Regency in 1997 as the HR Assistant, she soon promoted into Real Estate Accounting, where she was a Lease Accountant until 1999. Following a short time away from Regency, she returned to Human Resources in 2000 and has since developed most of the HR roles and programs that exist today. Amy has an extensive background in a broad range of HR disciplines, from coaching, organizational development, and talent acquisition to rewards design and compliance.

Amy serves on the Leadership team for United Way's Builders Society and Alumni and Selection Committees for Leadership Jacksonville (Class of 2017). She also serves as a Board member for Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville (HabiJax).

Amy earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida. She enjoys fitness, travel, and spending time on the water and outdoors with her husband and two daughters.
