Jack deVilliers

Jack is responsible for identifying new investment opportunities and managing all phases of development and redevelopment projects in the Northeast. Additionally, Jack works with outside consultants and internal teams in producing successful projects.

Jack joined Regency as a Leasing Agent in 2011. He has more than ten years of experience in commercial real estate within the Mid-Atlantic market and recognized as Regency’s Leasing Agent of the Year for the East region based upon production in 2012.

Before Regency, Jack handled national tenant representation, shopping center leasing, land acquisitions, and development at KLNB Retail

Jack earned a Bachelor of Art and Science at the University of Virginia and received a postgraduate degree at the McIntire Business Institute from the University of Virginia. He won the NCAA National Lacrosse Championship in 2003 for the University of Virginia and receiving All America honors.

He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf, squash and coaching lacrosse.
