Seth Lane is a seasoned professional in real estate and development, currently serving as VP Investments at Regency Centers since June 2025, where the focus is on origination and execution of development and redevelopment projects in Florida. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Vice President and Vice President of Real Estate + Development at Concept Companies, overseeing acquisition and development projects across various industries, including retail and healthcare. Earlier positions include Real Estate Manager at The Sembler Company, Director at Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group, and Commercial Sales Associate & Director of Marketing at Coldwell Banker M.M. Parrish, where Seth was recognized as the #1 ranked commercial sales associate in 2010 and 2011. Additional experience as Director of Development at Personal Space, LLC further complements a robust career in real estate.
