Simon Collins

Simon Collins, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting, currently serving as Senior Manager of Development Accounting at Regency Centers since January 2013. In this role, Simon coordinates and prepares various SEC filings, including forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, and manages the annual 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan financial statements. Prior to Regency Centers, Simon held the position of Staff Auditor/Tax at Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC, where responsibilities included performing financial statement audits and tax return preparation for diverse entities. Simon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of North Florida.
