Erica Kruse

Erica Kruse is the chief revenue officer at Regency Hotel Management. She graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in hospitality management, which she immediately put to use at the Sioux Falls Ramkota Hotel.

Working her way from a front desk manager there to her current corporate role, Kruse found a passion for creating strategies, testing them out, and making adjustments to drive top-line revenue. The teamwork involved lets everyone work together to turn small wins into big victories.
