Donovan Dekowski

Mr. Dekowski earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston at Victoria. He obtained his Certified Public Accountant certificate in 2003, earning one of the top ten scores in Texas on the exam. Mr. Dekowski began his career with Regency Post-Acute Healthcare System in 2005. He has worked in the field of accounting for 13 years, including four years in public accounting. While in public accounting, Mr. Dekowski worked on the audit team which provided auditing services to Regency and many of Regency’s related entities. In January of 2012 Mr. Dekowski assumed the role of COO, merging his knowledge of the financial scope of the business with the day to day operations. As of August 14, 2014 at the request of the CEO, Mr. Dekowski returned to the role of CFO to broaden the long-term financial picture of the company.
