Jacqueline M. has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Jacqueline started their career at Senior Care Centers in 2012 as an LVN, working as a charge nurse providing direct patient care on the 2-10 p.m. shift. Jacqueline then transitioned into a management role within the company, serving as an LVN MDS Coordinator from September 2015 to April 2018.

In 2016, Jacqueline joined Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC as an RN Care Management Nurse. Jacqueline later advanced to the role of Regional RN BSN Care Management Specialist in August 2021, where they currently work.

Jacqueline M. began their education at Aransas Pass High School, where they obtained their high school diploma in 2007. In 2010, they enrolled at Kaplan College and completed a diploma program in Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training in 2011. Jacqueline furthered their education by attending Coastal Bend College from 2018 to 2021, graduating with an Associate of Applied Sciences in Registered Nursing.

In 2021, Jacqueline pursued a bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at The University of Texas at Arlington. Jacqueline completed this program in 2022, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science degree. During their time at the university, they also received additional certifications, including Registered Nurse (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) from The University of Texas at Arlington in August 2022, Human Subjects Protection Training from the same institution in May 2022, and Registered Nurse from the Texas Board of Nursing in July 2021.

Building on their nursing education, Jacqueline enrolled at Stark Seminary in 2020 to pursue a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree, which is expected to be completed in 2026.

Additionally, they hold certifications in CMAC from Relias, obtained in March 2021, Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Heart Association in August 2020, Licensed Vocational Nurse from the Texas Board of Nursing in April 2011, and RAC-CT from AANAC in July 2016. Jacqueline also has a certification in IV Therapy & Infusion Care, although the institution and date of completion are not specified.
