Larry Deering

Mr. Larry Deering has over 35 years of healthcare experience. He started as an AIT in Reseda, CA and has held positions of Administrator, RVP, COO, CEO and Chairman. Mr. Deering Co-Founded Tandem Healthcare in 1997 where he built a company of 78 Skilled Nursing Facilities with 7,800 beds, a therapy company that serviced 230 sites, a pharmacy and a hospice company. In 2007 he joined Covenant Dove. During his time there the company grew from 37 to 57 Skilled Nursing Facilities and developed a multimillion dollar hospice company. Mr. Deering holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from California State University-Dominguez Hills.

In February 2016, Mr. Deering joined Regency Integrated Health Services as Chief Executive Officer.
