Matthew Borrusso

Matthew Borrusso has extensive work experience in the field of IT security and technology solutions.

Matthew currently holds the role of Vice President of IT Security at Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC, a position they have been in since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of IT Security at the same company from February 2019 to March 2023.

Before joining Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC, Matthew was the President & Principal Technologist at Borrusso Technology Solutions, Inc. starting from June 2015. There, they provided strategic guidance and integration services for companies of various sizes, emphasizing quality and reliability in IT services.

From December 2006 to May 2015, Matthew worked at Nectar Services Corp. as the Director of Information Technology Operations. Matthew demonstrated leadership and engineering skills in managing both technology-based business offerings and corporate IT environments.

Matthew's career began in 1998 at A+ Technology Solutions, where they held the positions of Senior I.T. Systems Engineer and Senior I.T. Security Analyst. Matthew served a broad range of clients, including public and private schools, and organizations ranging from SMBs to fortune-level companies.

In 1997, Matthew worked as a Tier2/3 Help Desk Desktop and Network Technician at Nikon Inc. Additionally, they gained experience as a PC Technician at Christies Auction House from September 1995 to December 1996, providing technical support services for a large user base.

Throughout their career, Matthew has consistently demonstrated expertise in IT security, systems engineering, strategic guidance, and leadership in various professional settings.

Matthew Borrusso obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Business Intelligence from Capella University, where they studied from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology at the same institution from 2014 to 2016. In 1998 to 2000, Matthew pursued the Network Specialist Program at Computer Career Center, focusing on Information Technology. Additionally, Matthew has obtained several certifications, including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in March 2022, and HCISPP from (ISC)² in February 2020. Matthew also holds certifications from CompTIA, Hewlett-Packard, Avaya, Cisco, Citrix, Extreme Networks, Juniper Networks, Edx.org, and Microsoft, covering various aspects of IT infrastructure and security.
